Weekly Rate Includes - lodging, daily housekeeping and cooking, nighttime security. Gratuity for housekeeper is not included and is requested to be 15-20% of the weekly rate paid in cash directly to the housekeeper upon departure.

Housekeeping/cooking service includes - initial grocery shopping to cover 1st days meals (to be reimbursed). Meals are planned based on guest requests and grocery shopping is usually done with housekeeper for best results. Breakfast and dinner meals served on the patio. Daily housekeeping and linen service are included. Laundry services are available upon request. Airport transfer and car rentals can be arranged.
